Therapy offers numerous benefits including support, problem solving strategies, enhanced coping skills, challenge negative thought processes, relational issues, employment stress, mood disorders, communication, self esteem, grief, connecting dots between childhood trauma and one’s current functioning.
It can be overwhelming being vulnerable to a complete stranger. Therapist offer a different perspective of close family members or friendships. Often those close to you may give one sided advice and get overwhelmed with your struggle as they may often carry your issues with them. A non-biased, non judgmental trained mental health professional will offers a unique perspective to your issues.
While it can be challenging to solve issues when everyone is not comfortable or hasn’t agreed to therapy , it is important that everyone agrees to attend. An individual who is forced or coerced will make the therapy process difficult and counterproductive. I am happy to discuss advantages during a consultation of therapy however I will never coerce or influence one into therapy.
Yes! I currently accept BCBS, Aetna, & Cigna. I am not contracted with Employee Assistance Programs.

Services are provided on evenings and alternating weekends.
