par·a·digm shift

: an important change that happens when the usual way of thinking about or doing something is replaced by a new and different way

Paradigm Shift Counseling offers comprehensive mental health counseling that embraces your strengths, challenges with compassion and collaborates with you on your journey towards healing!

Have you been in your way? I equip individuals, couples and families with tools to overcome their greatest obstacle, themselves!

Identify negative thought patterns, self limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviors that have led to unfulfilled lives and create a meaningful shift.

I am committed to helping you gain a greater awareness, heal emotional pain and create fulfilling lives.

I recognize that a one size fits all approach does not work in therapy. I will serve with intentionality and authenticity embracing you where you are. My aim is to identify your individual needs and walk alongside you transcending your limitations.

Hi, I'm Andrea!

My WHY is derived from my passion, purpose, and personal experiences.

My experience as a therapist and experience in life has equipped me with a unique perspective to serve my clients.

These experiences lead to shifts in my own life and prepared me for my journey as a helper.

Over the past 15 years, I have had experience working with a diverse population including children and families, students, millennials, teens in the juvenile justice system, and adults.

I strive to serve each client with compassion, authenticity, professionalism, and integrity!

I enjoy quality time with family and friends, working out & travel. I am a sports fanatic who enjoys Sunday football  and loves to dote on my Yorkie Jax!
